Summary
Main point of contact for the customer and will be responsible to transfer any customer need to the right department. Will be responsible to keep track of our fleet and it’s files.
Responsibilities
* Will be a single point of contact for Tesla through; phone calls, emails, and guests. * Single point of contact for CEVA and IC drivers. * Manage Trailers and their locations. * Coordinate the preventative maintenance for Trailers, Tractors and Straight Trucks. * Will act as first point of contact for all incoming guests. * Will act as a liaison providing communication as a contact source. * Update departmental boards with Safety Topics, Safety Cross, and Metrics. * Provide updates to customer, as example, for hot parts, metering order, and special requests. * Perform inquiries on customer inventory, documentation, and communication systems with CEVA’s systems and processes. * The Customer Service Rep. will notify key people to complete needed tasks and to communicate needed data to close any loops. * Great attention to detail and problem solving. * Other duties as required.
Ideal Candidate
**Education and Experience** * High School Diploma or GED preferred. * Minimum one to three years related experience. * Minimum one year industry experience preferred. **Languages and Communication Skills** * Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. * Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds. **Computer Skills** * PC expert. * Good knowledge on Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications. **Other Skills/Experience** * Accurate typing and/or data entry skills. * Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals. * Ability to read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents. * Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. * Consistently at work and on time. **Travel Requirements** Travel is not required in this position. **Working Conditions** Work is generally performed within a warehouse office environment with standard office equipment available or in the warehouse depending on the facility setup and needs of the site. In a warehouse office environment the working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. The warehouse environment includes exposure to high noise, moving machinery and/or vehicles, dust and warm temperatures, and working closely with others.
