Summary
As part of Centro’s marketing team, the primary goal of the Sales Development Representative (SDR) is to increase the qualified pipeline of new opportunities for our sales team. Typically the SDR will be the first person at Centro that a prospect speaks to. It will be your responsibility to deliver an inspiring and value-led brand experience that sets the stage for sales to close deals and for future account growth opportunities. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance in our organization by demonstrating their ability to be metrics driven, competitive and tenacious each and every day. Responsibilities
* Utilize a consistent lead development process to create and nurture leads for the services sales team. * Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities. * Qualify inbound leads to determine if prospect fits the sales team’s buying criteria. * Develop a detailed understanding of Centro’s products & services and keep abreast of the industry and technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers. * Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections. * Follow the established Centro demand generation process and use Salesforce.com to document the entire lifecycle of a lead.
Ideal Candidate
* 1-3 years of sales, lead generation or marketing experience (preferably in advertising technology or digital media). * Excellent project, time and self-management skills. * Strong ability to learn new technology and ramp-up quickly. * Ability to work independently and in a team. * Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong writing skills. * Salesforce.com experience is preferred, but not required. * Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
