Summary
The Social Media Analyst will manage the Social Sourcing (Select Minds) module and will be responsible for attracting and engaging applicants interested in exploring careers/employment with CBRE. This person will also provide insight, analysis, and strategic social media recommendations based on current and future recruiting needs. The analyst will efficiently create and manage recruiting campaigns, manage reporting and will remain abreast of the latest changes and advancements in social media algorithms, channels and tools.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for executing social media campaigns from set up, execution, management, optimizations, and reporting. * Responsible for developing content across paid, owned and earned social channels. This could include blog posts, tweets, status updates, pins, photos and videos. * Creates, manages and grows CBRE presence across social media channels, including, but not limited to Blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube and Yelp. * Produce clear and actionable performance dashboards * Coordinates, schedules and posts recruiting content * Collaborates with recruiters to assure the public messaging follows the CBRE employee brand strategy established by corporate Marketing and Communications guidelines. * Train recruiters on best practices of social media for recruiting.
Ideal Candidate
* 4+ years of experience in Recruiting, HR and/or social media * Proven experience using social media tools for recruiting * Proficiency with social media analytics through Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, FourSquare, Pinterest, Instagram, tumblr etc. * Ability to prepare and upload content, links, photos, graphics and videos to various social media channels * Excellent understanding of recruiting with social media and talent sourcing tools * Basic understanding of SEO and SEM of career sites, job boards and the technology industry * Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and manage large volume of data * Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Professional maturity, integrity, discipline, and a positive attitude * Creative and innovative within the social media space * Ability to develop and lead a social media and community program from the ground up * Able to think, plan, and execute autonomously * Bachelor’s Degree required
