TravelClick is seeking an HR & Talent Acquisition intern to participate in our 2017 Summer Internship Program. As an intern, you will work closely with our HR team to improve the employee experience and increase retention. The 2017 Summer Internship Program will begin in June 2017, and applications will begin to be reviewed in January 2017.

* Create awareness and interest in TravelClick via social media including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, The Muse, Google+, YouTube, Instagram. * Post positions on job boards or career site. * Screen and schedule job candidates. * Conduct research for various HR and recruiting projects. * Other duties as assigned.

* Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources discipline, or a related degree with a concentration in Human Resources. * Graduation date from your program must be December 2017 or later. * Detail oriented, well organized, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced results oriented business environment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. * Strong Knowledge of Social Media. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Previous record of achieving goals, under timelines, in a professional environment. * Self-starter; takes initiative and thoughtfully shares ideas.
