Summary
Castlight Health is looking for a seasoned Product Management leader to join our team and help lead the adoption of our market-leading platform. We are looking for someone with a passion for driving innovative initiatives, a track record of building strong relationships with partners and customers, and demonstrated success influencing large cross-functional teams. To apply, you must have deep Product experience, and must be capable of managing sophisticated, data-intensive products. You have shipped multiple products in a distributed Agile environment, and have managed large teams to deliver results. You think strategically and creatively to define new product integrations and can problem solve complex product requests. You have exceptional leadership presence, poise, and communication skills, and can represent Castlight well to a range of external stakeholders and internal senior leaders. The Director of Product Management will define integration models with technology and channel partners, building out the strategy for Castlight’s benefits hub and leading 3rd party technology integrations that maximize the value of our platform. The Director will work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to manage complex product communications and to resolve specialized customer requests, overseeing all sales and customer-enabling tools, including web and mobile product demo platforms and our configuration toolset. Given the role’s regular interactions with customers and with customer-facing teams, the Director will be expected to champion new product ideas based on market feedback and will guide near- and long-term product strategy.
Responsibilities
* Support sales enablement with deep Castlight product expertise and by overseeing the development of all sales tools * Create delightful, scalable solutions to address sales, customer, and prospect requests, and manage the roadmap for our configuration toolset * Interface with customer-facing teams to triage and resolve questions with ingenuity and efficiency * Manage technology partner relationships to define and execute on innovative collaboration strategies, with ownership of our partner hub strategy * Work with product leadership to build Castlight’s overall next-gen product strategy and roadmap * Present on behalf of Product at external trainings, meetings, and conferences
Ideal Candidate
* 8+ years of Product Management with proven success building and delivering technology products for consumers and business users; Experience with SaaS solutions preferred * A mature and experienced manager with strong leadership skills and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams * Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision making * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills * Ability to develop business cases for executive management * Knowledge of the healthcare space and current Digital Health industry trends desired, but not mandatory. * BS in Business or Technical field required, MBA required * Ability to travel up to 25% time to customers and partners
