* Identify, attract, and recruit experienced professionals, recent college graduates, and interns to fill positions throughout our organization * Develop and implement strategic initiatives to source candidates (active and passive) * Build relationship and partner with campus leaders, local organizations, industry contacts, association memberships and trade groups * Coordinate college recruiting initiatives, give presentations at colleges, attend student group meetings, and increase college awareness of CRC brand on college campuses * Identify opportunities and recommend recruitment strategies and best practices to improve the quality and efficiency of the recruitment process and practices * Facilitate the hiring process, which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates * Stay informed of industry trends, market intelligence, and innovative recruiting techniques to attract and compete in a competitive market fortalent * Participate in additional team projects and initiatives

* 5-10 years of recruiting experience; business acumen preferred * Excellent communication and ability to build internal and externalrelationships * Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, project management, and leadershipskills * Strong public speaking, and presentation skills; willing to speak in front of a group ofpeople * Desire to work in a teamenvironment * Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point
