Financial Manufacturing Manager

Responsible for management and analyze of financial activities for the manufacturing facilities plants of Byrne Dairy and serving as a financial partner to the various Plant Managers. The role involves providing timely and accurate reporting to Plant Leadership as well to as our Senior Leadership Team.

* Prepare analyses as needed to discuss operating results. * Prepare proactive analysis to support plant initiatives and be engaged in bringing best practices and efficiencies to the plant. * Prepare reports which summarize and forecast plant activity and financial position in areas of operating expenses and inventory levels. * Provide financial data for assessment and measuring of productivity, quality and cost improvement activities. * Prepare weekly, monthly and year-end financial reports. * Establish standard and estimated inventory costs for the plants. * Manage preparation of operating and capital budgets. * Serve as a core member of the Plant Management Teams. * Directly supervise Cost Analyst(s) as required. * Be engaged with Management on the floor of the facility to provide meaningful reporting to support timely decision making.

**Minimum Requirements:** * Must have a minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, focusing in Accounting and/or Finance * Two to five years, minimum of experience in manufacturing facility * Two to five years, minimum of experience in financial planning and analysis * Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Knowledge of Statutory accounting principles * Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite * Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet usage **Preferred Requirements:** * Experience in cost accounting * Experience in the dairy industry is a plus
