The Sr. MS Project Server/Implementation Specialist willl be a member of the Project Management Center of Excellence, who will be responsible for defining the vision for global GTO usage of MS Project Server/Sharepoint 2013 as the decision making foundation for how GTO runs the business of creating Product value, creating the Roadmap to execute and implement the vision and owning the analysis, plans, recommendations, design and implementation for the current implementation and future MS Project Server/Sharepoint upgrades.
Responsibilities
Working across GTO business units and IT groups to identify business workflow, data, controls, reporting requirements and document specifications for MSPS/Sharepoint 2013. Creating data model to support the business workflow, data, controls and reporting requirements for all GTO business units. Working closely with SDLC Process owner to create and refine workflows to support business units and their IT SDLC implementations.Designing, configuring and implementing MSPS/Sharepoint 2013 solution to support: * Enterprise Project Types and their corresponding Project Plan Templates, Views, Sharepoint Site, * Workflow Management within Sharepoint and MS Project * Integrations with Remedy ticketing system, Workday HR system and Oracle Financials * Portfolio Management: portfolio analytics and selection * Schedule Management * Work with Remedy team to align work and activities across Remedy and MSPS/Sharepoint 2013 * Work with HR team on Workday HR system integration for Resource Setup * Work with Finance team on Oracle Project Costing system integration * Work with business unit, Broker Processing Systems (BPS) to migrate from custom developed System Service Request (SSR)/MSPS/Sharepoint 2010 to MSPS/Sharepoint 2013 solution * Work with business unit, Fixed Income to migrate from custom developed Enhancement Systems Module (ESM)/MSPS/Sharepoint 2010 solution to MSPS/Sharepoint 2013 solution * Work with Canada's Wealth Management Dataphile team to integrate their custom developed SDLC tool (DRF) into MSPS/Sharepoint 2013 * Work with GTOi (International) team to integrate their custom developed SDLC tool (Developer Workbench) into MSPS/Sharepoint 2013 * Liaison with SDLC Process Owner, Development, QA and Business leaders to continuously improve on the implementation of MSPS/Sharepoint 2013 * Create and implement training of MSPS/Sharepoint 2013 in conjunction with SDLC training * Design and creation of MSPS/Sharepoint usage and compliance metrics * Maintain leadership in MSPS/Sharepoint 2013 and future versions' functional capabilities and continuously work on expanding and extending usage of solution * Monitor MSPS/Sharepoint performance to ensure SLAs for UI, Reports and Integration are meeting user expectations * Work closely with Hyderabad team responsible for MSPS/Sharepoint 2013 Administration
Ideal Candidate
**Basic Qualifications:** * MS Project Server and Sharepoint 2013 expertise in Reporting Tools, MS SQL Server Reporting, configuration of all components * Ability to execute at an advanced level, troubleshooting, tools, templates, add-ons and customizations * Architecture and design experience in EPM solution implementation * Demonstrated strong analytical skills to quickly structure, prioritize and solve complex IT processes * Ability to work independently as well as in/across teams in US, Hyderabad, Canada, UK * Able to collaborate, influence, motivate and mobilize across Technical and Business groups to implement MSPS/Sharepoint 2013 solution in support of SDLC * Ability to deal with ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced and changing environment * Demonstrated expertise using written and verbal communication skills to persuade and educate GTO Executive, Management and Associate teams on benefits of SDLC and MS PS/Sharepoint usage **Preferred Skills:** * Global team experience * Creation of User training, Go-Live and post-implementation support * Proficient in Visio, Powerpoint, excel, Word * Microsoft certifications * 5 years of experience in MSPS and Sharepoint with 2 years in 2013 * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
