Summary
The Office Administrator at BlueVine will play an integral role in day-to-day office management including greeting visitors, assisting our executives and supporting the HR team in making BlueVine a fun and engaging place to work. The ideal candidate is a team player who likes the challenge of wearing many hats and sorting through the chaos to make it happen.
Responsibilities
* Manage the company’s lobby by greeting and directing all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers * Conduct office management duties such as managing vendor relationships, preparing documents and managing office inventory * Perform administrative duties for executive management such as managing calendars and making travel arrangements * Act as a liaison for building maintenance and expansion projects * Support the HR team in building a great company culture by helping to plan events and other administrative tasks * Additional ad hoc admin support may be required for other teams such as Finance, Legal
Ideal Candidate
* 2+ years of experience working in an office setting * Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office * Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision * Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment * Can-do, flexible, proactive attitude * Customer-service oriented **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree * Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel * Experience with Google Docs * Experience in a ‘startup’ or tech company environment
