Marketing Operations Specialist

Our corporate marketing department is searching for a talented marketing operations specialist to join our in-house creative team. If you’re lightning fast, more organized than Martha Stewart, mildly obsessed with perfection and details, and your middle name is Teamwork, you’re the kind we’re looking for. Chief responsibilities for this job include working with the operations manager on creative workflow and project volume, analytic reporting, and assisting with editing/designing various pieces of collateral. - Working directly with the operations manager to coordinate work flow processes, creative resources and project scheduling.
- Completing and analyzing monthly reporting to support agency operations
- Assisting with project management and trafficking of materials
- Acting as a champion for our project management system within our team and within the company
- Editing/designing various pieces of marketing collateral, including emails, datasheets, customer stories, web content, advertising, and ensuring their timely delivery
- Working on multiple, concurrent tasks and adapting to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Working well in a fast-paced, high touch environment
- Working both independently and as a member of a team
- Ensuring compliance with Blackbaud’s Corporate Style Guide
- Working in partnership with our account managers and creative team to help manage and produce communications for marketing programs
- Analytical experience as it relates to reporting, process, and resource management
- Proficient in Workfront™ or another project management tool
- Outstanding organizational and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe® Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage a large portfolio of projects concurrently
- Preferred 2+ years of project management experience
- Minimum 3+ years experience working in an agency, in-house marketing team, or client-service oriented environment
- BS/BA degree
