As a Senior Graphic Designer in our Marketing Department, you will collaborate directly with our marketing team on design projects. We are looking for someone that can not only reproduce existing designs for our print and digital needs, but can also think creatively, bringing new ideas to the table. You will get to work in a highly collaborative environment and have the opportunity to advance the company's look and feel.
* Collaborating with Creative Director to assist in the design, development, and production of marketing collateral materials. * Taking existing corporate identity elements and incorporate them across all materials for a consistent brand experience. * Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts * Producing print designs for a number of communications vehicles including brochures, print advertisements, direct mail, promotional materials, training materials, special events/trade show materials, etc. * Producing digital designs for communication vehicles such as email, landing pages, banner ads, and websites. * Executing design updates and revisions as per needs of the company. * Contributing to the creative process through collaboration in a team environment.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field * Minimum 3-5 years’ experience building brands with exceptional creative * Experience with both print and digital advertising creative executions and strategies * Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate with the executive team * Portfolio demonstrating previous creative brand strategy * Strong project management skills with experience using creative project management tools such as Trello or Workfront * Exceptional attention to detail * Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite CS6 (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) * Fundamental visual, typographic, and print and electronic design disciplines and principals * Basic Adobe Dreamweaver experience is a plus
