Birch Hill Terrace is the only Continuing Care Retirement Community in the Manchester, NH area.

Summary

Our Marketing Department has a position for an enthusiastic individual to perform a variety of clerical, administrative, and sales functions in support of the overall Birch Hill Terrace marketing effort.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting tours in both Independent and Assisted Living in the absence of the Directors; assist residents with the selection of interior fixtures, color schemes, and room arrangements; assist new residents with their move in and orientation to Birch Hill Terrace; coordinate move in with other departments; collect documentation and set up and maintain files.
Ideal Candidate
  • Associates Degree in Communications or Business Management; Minimum of 3 years sales support experience in the senior living industry; a high level of skills with personal computers including MS Office; and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
