Rochester Midland Corporation (RMC) is searching for an Administrative Specialist in our Rochester, NY Facility.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to use your Accounting and Computer Software (especially advanced Microsoft excel) skills and experience to work with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, and Customer Service using your office software and data processing skills to assist with pricing reviews, RFP/RFQ proposals, and support sales campaigns through market research and account profitability review and reporting. You will maintain computerized records and all data entry related to master creation of pricing updates, customer supply agreement and loaned equipment agreements. You will become a true representative of RMC through individualized and team service maintaining high quality standards of quality assurance checks and feel good about the product you are helping to market for our manufacturing department.
If you have advanced Microsoft Excel skills, accounting and marketing experience with sales, buyer, supplier relations and attention to detail along with excellent computer data entry skills including communication, organizational and planning skills, then they want to hear from you!
