Digital Marketing Officer

The Digital Marketing Officer drives digital business strategy for our three nationally distributed brands. This role leads marketing technology development and implementation. Procures and manages digital advertising in collaboration with the marketing team. Pioneers new digital services to drive sales. Champions digital culture throughout the company. Embraces the opportunity to support the business success of the company by using effective strategies into all marketing and brand plans.

- Align marketing technology with business goals - Design and implement digital strategies and plans for all brands - Evaluate the select technology providers - Provide analytical support to define and develop new digital strategies - Lead the winery with new trends in technology with special attention to the wine industry. - Recommend and develop strategies to drive internet sales. - Oversee ongoing updating of website to keep content fresh and accurate to increase traffic and repeat visits. - Lead dynamic social media interactions with customers - Manage and make recommendations regarding customer relationship management programs. - Optimize search engine rankings - Create and implement web advertising in consultation with the marketing team and consistent with goals. - Develop and design targeted e-marketing campaigns as appropriate. - Serve as a liaison between marketing and IT.

- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, digital marketing or closely related filed; MBA preferred - Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership in digital solution development and design and digital service oriented architecture to include mobile platforms and social media. - Proven track record in successful product management and marketing, preferably in the wine industry.
