Summary
We’re looking for a self-driven product manager to come join our SF team. We value individuals who can work autonomously to get things done! The ideal person will contribute to and be an advocate for our Predictive Omnichannel Suite--a place where advisors can manage their social and web presences, as well as send email communication, all from a single, easy-to-use dashboard. This person will be articulate and technical and will spend lots of time understanding our customers and market opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Drive and deliver product development with design and engineering * Work with our customers, customer support and sales to deliver features * Understand current and future market opportunities to ensure we’re building the right things
Ideal Candidate
* 3 -5 years of product management experience in consumer or enterprise web * Extensive experience creating documentation including business cases, functional specs, PRDs, and user stories * Knowledge or direct experience with both web and mobile platforms * Experience with agile development methodologies * Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills * Detail-oriented self-starter, capable of staying on track while pursuing solutions with minimal supervision * Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously * Technical/Computer Science degree a plus (preferred but not required)
