Responsible for the day-to-day administration and management of Human Resource Management programs and systems. Successfully provides expertise and counsel including, but not limited to management and program administration, team member training and guidance, policy and procedures; and participates and manages special projects to include interfacing with vendors, consultants, and Company personnel at all levels
- Collaborate with HR leaders, Corporate Systems, and field Business System Administrators to define business requirements
- Document process flows and create user guides for various HR systems
- Support the roll out, monitoring, and reporting of benefits and payroll HRIS projects
- Act as a liaison between Corporate and Business Unit HR departments as well as between payroll and IT
- Work with diverse internal customers to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Partner with IT for HRIS development, data conversion and other technical system requirements. Work with system users to test and validate system
- Manage with definition of user security for core HRIS system.
- Assist in the research and evaluation of new modules that will enhance the functionality of HR Systems to meet business requirements
- Ensure integrity and security of all system data
- Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and documentation
- Establish and maintain credibility with Corporate Human Resources and the HR / Payroll Shared Services Team as well as Corporate and Business Unit Human Resources
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-plus years experience in Human Resources
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS software, such as JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, Lawson, or ADP
- PHR or SPHR certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Track record of taking initiative and accountability for result
Minimum Experience (yrs): 5 + Required Education: Bachelor (BA, BS...)
