Responsibilities
* Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the hourly recruitment and selection process, enhances positive employee relations, and implements projects as related to the incumbent''s assigned plant business unit(s). * Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies and procedures and coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural issues and inquiries. * Maintain data security and confidentiality. * Research, evaluate, analyze data, and recommend new techniques, methods, and procedures.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related business field, and 2 years of progressive experience in a Human Resources exempt professional position. * Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. * Master's degree in HR or related field, and1 year experience in an HR internship or related HR functional experience.8 years in the food industry, 2 of which as a supervisor. * Experience in a manufacturing environment. * PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification. * Ability to fluently speak, read, and write the Spanish language. * Experience in recruiting and selecting top talent in hourly and salaried positions. * Experience in implementing positive employee relation activities. * Experience in coaching employees in personal development.
