Responsibilities
Intergraph Process, Power & Marine (PP&M) is seeking a Digital Web Manager to provide web support for online services and tools. This includes, but is not limited to websites, content management systems, analytics, SEO/SEM, and domain management. This includes the initiation, planning, tracking, and execution of online projects. The Digital Web Manager also acts as a subject matter expert to internal clients, helping them shape online information, properties, and applications to meet their business goals. Serves as the primary contact for development, SEO/SEM, and analytics on the public PP&M website. **The main objectives of this position are as follows:** - Oversee the development/refinement of the Intergraph PP&M website portfolio so they accurately represent the Intergraph brand, and the consumer is able to effortlessly navigate and use website features and functionality. Manage daily PP&M requests for content updates to public websites. - Develop the digital strategy for all Intergraph PP&M’s digital mediums, including but not limited to, websites, social media sites, blog, YouTube, etc. - Responsible for managing PP&M’s online optimization strategy, including link-building, content management, and social media. Additional duties include managing the implementation of all SEO recommendations and acting as the natural search subject matter expert, tying in social marketing and content strategies to social media, blogs, and other content initiatives. Execute SEM tactics including keyword research, ad copy retention, and campaign performance tracking and reporting. - Accomplish future Intergraph PP&M web project objectives by establishing project scope; designing and delivering solutions; serving as liaison with third-party web development partners. Manage the overall site architecture and hierarchy as the site grows and responds to changing business needs. - Work with internal clients to determine requirements and communicate/coordinate with content managers, designers, and technical specialists. - Ensure content changes are staged; appropriate testing is done, reviewed and approved prior to launching sites or site updates. - Identify and develop the right measures of behavior for the websites and set appropriate goals for PP&M using large volumes of behavioral data, website metrics, and trends. Understand how to segment the customer base through their website behavior and other factors. - Collaborate with IT regarding any/all technology integrations, and to ensure security and reliability. - Evaluate and recommend options to reduce cost as it relates to ongoing support of the websites. - Stay informed on latest technology, media, interactive research and emerging standards related to online marketing and digital media, and integrate where appropriate. - Manage enterprise-wide domain renewals with IT.
Ideal Candidate
**Technology Skills** - ASP .NET and JavaScript - XML and SQL are a plus - XHTML, HTML5 & CSS3/various media support / deep understanding of responsive and mobile design concepts. - Awareness of cross-platform browser compatibility issues and fixes **Software Skills** - Two years of experience with Web Content Management Systems such as Sitecore - Required proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and/or Fireworks - Required proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Access - Knowledge of additional tools, such as Oracle Eloqua/Marketing Automation tools, Camtasia Studio, Salesforce.com, Adobe Flash CS3 is a definite plus **Qualifications:** - Must be a team player who can work with peers with varied skill sets, and must be able to deal with demanding customers - Will be expected to juggle multiple tasks and projects, work within tight schedules, and proactively participate in a team environment - Must be detail-oriented and able to effectively communicate actionable summaries and recommendations to management or end-clients - Experience in technical leadership and project leadership roles - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment a plus - Should be innovative, positive, and creative - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills **Education and Experience** - B.S. in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience - 7+ years of related work experience
