We'd love to fine a Product Manager to help us enable our high touch customer teams passionate about growing outreach and conversion rates while adhering to our unusual sales model. These teams include our Partner Channel experience, enterprise advocates, customer success and renewal teams.
Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the product roadmap, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, interacting with customers to understand their needs, analyzing market trends and business opportunities and creating a compelling product vision. You'll work closely with engineering, design, project management and other teams to execute on the roadmap and deliver great software. You'll define and track the key business and usage analytics data to measure success for product areas you own. If you're a strategic thinker who is analytically minded and has a solid technical background or experience with software development technologies, this might just be the role you are looking for.
Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years of product management experience or a history of working with development teams to produce great user experiences * You are experienced in and excited by building automated marketing and sales pipelines * You have a deep understanding of the domain, associated needs, available technology and how others in the industry are solving similar problems--allowing you to look ahead, beyond where our internal users may even imagine * You have prior success defining and launching features and can pull off that delicate balancing act of prioritizing multiple opportunities * You are a pro at communication, including writing and articulating use cases **It's great, but not required, if you have:** * Interest in dabbling in SQL and comfort using various data access tools to get the data you need * Design skills and the ability to prototype user interfaces * Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem * Experience in high volume B2C sales environments
