Senior Product Manager - Integrations and Platform

Our team of 9 engineers is curious, driven, friendly, and collaborative. We believe in an egoless approach to development and a blameless approach to problem solving. While we work independently, we support each other through frequent code and design reviews, daily stand-ups, and pair programming, facilitating learning and reducing friction in our regular release schedule of every 3 weeks.

HelloSign is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Integrations & Platform. We've already built out a best-in-market eSignature API in order to support both our customers as well as our out-of-the-box integrations with other cloud platforms such as Oracle, Box, and HubSpot. Integrations are key to our growth strategy and our best-in-market eSignature API provides the platform on which these integrations are built.

* Manage the overall success of HelloSign's platform including strategy, product roadmap, product design and specification, quality, sales enablement and launch * Working with Business Development to identify and build out integrations and partnerships that are fundamental to our growth * Identify areas for improvement with our API & SDKs * Build business cases, pitch ideas, and gain buy-in from stakeholders. * Be a customer advocate. Work directly with external API consumers to understand needs, gaps, and opportunities. * Establish both short and long-term goals and roadmap for our Platform & API based on data collected from customers, the market, and the competition. * Define your KPIs, obsess over how your integrations and features are performing, and move quickly to improve underperforming metrics * Deliver crisp technical product requirements to engineering * Build MVPs, get feedback, and improve. Maintain a steady cadence of shipping product * Ensuring best-in-market user experience by rapid prototyping, usability studies, customer feedback, and user behavior analysis

* Strong knowledge of cloud-based web application products, technologies and architecture * Proven track record of launching successful products and making measurable impact on business goals * Experience managing entire products end to end, including its backlog, roadmap, and launch activities * Ability to empathize with our customers’ needs * Possess a rare combination of business sense and technical aptitude. * Effective communicator who can collaborate at all levels of the business on technical and functional topics * Analytical mindset. Able to make data-driven decisions and are comfortable building business cases and calculating ROI * Thrive on collecting feedback and making improvements to both your products and yourself * 5-7 years of product management experience (B2B or SaaS experience preferred) * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience
