Summary
This product manager will take on day-to-day drivership for Euclid’s core opt-out product. You’ll be working directly with our current customers, prospects, engineering and go-to-market teams to grow the user base and revenue stream. You’ll help our customers learn more about their in-store retail activities and metrics, capture ROI and generate more product love. Since we’re an aggressive startup with the whole team located in our San Francisco offices, you’ll be in the middle of the buzz every day.
Responsibilities
* Take on responsibility for Euclid’s opt-out retail location analytics product * Hands-on, day-to-day product management including backlog/prioritization, stories and requirements, product roadmap, engineering interface, and coordination with go-to-market/sales/customers. “Be the product.” * Track engagement, usage metrics and customer happiness * Source feedback early and often – be the customer champion * Work with Design on UX/UI, concept testing, user input * Keep an eye on competition and upcoming market trends * Support go-to-market team on technical partnerships and customer onboarding
Ideal Candidate
**The Basics** * 3+ years product managing revenue-producing B2B software product in an agile development environment * Proven experience and passion for driving vision, owning a roadmap, and listening to customers * Demonstrated experience with people-friendly prioritization, cheerfully keeping the most important work flowing * Highly technical and metrics driven **The Person** * Stellar conceptualization and communication skills. * Unifier, able to bring go-to-market and technical people together around clear product concepts to create whole products * Adaptability and enjoyment for a dynamic, fast-growing company.
