Summary
AppNexus is looking for an Office Operations Manager to join our Global Office Operations team and oversee all AppNexus West Coast office operations. The ideal candidate must be resourceful, enjoy the challenge of working in a satellite office, thrive in both individual and group settings, and bring previous experience working in a facilities or maintenance role. As a member of the Global Office Operations team, the Office Operations Manager thrives on multi-tasking, stays highly organized, and shifts gears to adjust to ever-moving targets. Responsibilities
* Manage corporate dining program including weekly catered meals and pantry-restocking services * Manage contracts and vendor relationships including corporate cleaning services and HVAC * Maintain office supply inventory and procurement * Perform general office maintenance duties and manage office builds, renovations, or relocations * Support community and office events * Liaise with building management on service calls * Responsible for life safety and emergency management * Manage employee onboarding and termination as well as employee and contractor briefing and badging
Ideal Candidate
**About your skills:** * Bachelor's degree * 3+ years of office management experience * 2+ years of facilities or maintenance experience preferred * Office move, renovation, or build-out experience required * Poised, professional demeanor; works well with both internal and external constituents * High level of familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite * Extremely organized, resourceful, and detail oriented * Able to work within a highly collaborative group dynamic while also making independent decisions * Exceptional communication and writing skills * Ability to stay one step ahead * Excellent organization, time management, and project management skills * Process oriented; diligent in maintaining and improving processes to address large-scale needs **More about you:** * You are passionate about a culture of learning and teaching.
