* Partner with the eCommerce, Merchandising, Brand, and Marketing teams to assist in creation of features, including the special shop concepts, landing pages, page layouts, and navigation (i.e. shop by feature, shop by style, and shop by collection) that optimizes the OV site to drive sales and conversion, while increasing margins, inventory turns and enhancing the customer experience
* Quality control and report on website shopping experiences for key customer segments, leveraging a deep understanding of key customer needs, customer experience insights, and sales analysis in partnership with Merchandising and Planning.
* Work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Tech, Marketing, and Creative teams to manage, maintain, and optimize the schedule of product assortment flips and representation on-site, while managing the kickoff, delivery of site content, and product Merchandising
* Execute the end to end setup of all OV products for the site, including the product description and specifications, pricing, imagery, and product attributions to enhance product pages and the browse and search experience.
* Ensure timely delivery of product description information from Merchandising team, communicate deadlines to Brand team, and review product copy with Brand team to ensure accurate and optimized copy for new product arrivals.
* Partner with Merchandising, Creative, Tech and Operations teams on project management and daily site maintenance needs that includes:
* Tracking receipt of new inventory
* Visual Merchandising of the site to align with featured content and emails as directed by Marketing
* Managing catalog and product data management on a seasonal basis (including catalog hierarchy, product classification and attribution set up).
* Digital creative asset management
* Update reporting the tracks site KPIs such as category conversion, left our site, AOV, abandon cart, etc.
* Partner with Customer Experience team to understand customer feedback and requests for site enhancements, including product requests and site enhancements to drive a high-touch experience with best in class NPS.
* Work on special digital projects (ex. social media UGC initiatives, marketing campaigns, etc.)
