Summary
To profitably grow or manage the partner relationships in the retail or wholesale market segments and achieve desired business results by developing proactive partner relationships, leading, managing and implementing effective strategies, processes and programs in the Roadside Assistance Services. This role is the Primary contact and leader of key strategic wholesale and affinity account(s) relationships for Allstate Roadside Services. A successful candidate for this role is defined by delivering profitable partner growth, having deep understanding of the customer brands that we serve, ensuring on effective service delivery solutions through a proactive focuses on process evolution, and farms new potential avenues for Allstate products into existing relationships.
Responsibilities
* Primary partner contact within ARS, communicating regularly with partners to understand needs and push initiatives forward. Represent business needs of partner back into the business as actionable solutions. Primary partner advocate. * Manage partner profitability and own the partner P&L’s. Ensure both partner and ARS financial objectives are met/exceeded by securing additional opportunities for marketing, introducing new products, increasing channels of distribution and managing expenses. * Ensure partner contract compliance and manage contract renegotiations. Secure marketing commitment according to forecast. Manage growth profitability. * Identify business/product/program needs of existing clients and create custom tailored product programs to meet those needs, including proprietary or private label custom programs as appropriate. * Formulate a product / program strategy to meet the requirements * Collaborate with PMO, Network, Call Center, Marketing, and Analytics to develop customized program and based on partners’ goals * Drive financial forecasts and planning through development of marketing strategy and plans and financial models. * Coordinate internal and external company strategies partnering with the National Sales Management team in order to assure company objectives are met. * Represent the company at trade association and other industry and/or client meetings in order to promote product and network with key personnel. * Establish strong relationships all essential internal operating departments that may be involved in developing programs such Marketing,Call Center, Network, and Legal in order to accomplish goals through other team members * Gain an understand procedures and policies within each operating groups * Gain an understanding or technology perimeters * Proactively build relationship with key individuals * Possesses experience and expertise in making independent strategic decisions regarding partner management and growth. * Drive financial forecasts and planning through development of marketing strategy and plans and financial models. Work cross functionally to execute plans on time and within budget * Cross sell Allstate products and support B2B initiatives through farming of new opportunities into existing accounts.
Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years of experience leading partner relationships developing strategic account plans * Concise and clear communications; solid interpersonal skills * Clear thinker who has the ability to focus the organization on critical items * Inclusive leader experienced in leading a team; external focus * Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent client relations experience * Experience developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management * Strategic leadership and planning, balancing Allstate Roadside Services and partner needs to develop strategy and drive business solutions; customer centric and business goals advocate * Project management skills - able to manage multiple projects * Financial proficiency and analytical skills **Desired Characteristics:** * Operations minded * Decision making via Data and Analytics * Strategic mindset * Open and active listener * Problem solving, decision making, * Strong organization and negotiations skills
