Summary
AMP Agency is seeking a self-motivated individual with proven experience and skills in digital marketing including but not limited to: endemic and/or programmatic display, search and social media channels. This person will oversee a team of people that has responsibility over the set-up, maintenance and analysis of digital campaigns, specifically in support of the consumer packaged goods vertical. They will need to be highly organized, detailed oriented, comfortable adapting to changing deadlines and working within a fast-paced environment. They are not averse to learning on the go – suggesting innovations or efficiencies in process, workflow and capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of Shopper Digital media programs, including programmatic display, search, paid social media and earned media via our influencer network, to meet all client marketing needs and supervise the implementation to ensure all agreed upon timeframes and budgets are adhered to. - Develop and implement solutions to problems and to improve overall program results. - Proactively research client’s business and media offerings in the retail industry and present business and marketing recommendations or opportunities for the account team, agency management and client contacts. - Lead informal and formal client meetings and presentations. - Prepare, analyze and present results and reports for clients to measure the value/impact of our performance based programs. - Consistently demonstrate thought leadership in digital marketing - internally and externally. - Provide leadership and guidance to supporting team members. - Possess a solid knowledge the ability to articulate of client’s business objectives and strategies and actively bring new ideas / recommendations to the table. - Collaborate with vendor partners, UX, Creative, Web Development and Analytics department. - Passion and enthusiasm toward winning business and adaptability towards changing needs, both internal and client related.
Ideal Candidate
- Expert-level understanding of performance media channels and strategies, including paid search, programmatic media and social media. - Previous success in the planning, development, and management of paid media campaigns for brands or products. - Day-to-day oversight of multiple paid marketing initiatives for an array of clients/brands, including campaign trafficking and basic optimization tactics (keyword analysis, ad copy revising, bidding strategies, etc.) to drive campaign performance. - Ability to analyze data and deeply understanding of measurement practices using 3rd party measurement companies and web analytics. - Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously. - Proven client service orientation with strong written and verbal communication skills, including effective presentation skills. - Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment as an individual on a team. - Exceptional organizational and time management skills. - Demonstrated interest in keeping up with emerging technologies and the digital marketing. - Create and manage team to deliver to budget and timelines for multiple assigned programs. - Experience with various adtech, management and analytics platforms including: Facebook Power Editor, Twitter Ad UI, Nanigan’s, SHIFT, DART / DoubleClick Search, Google Analytics. - Proficiency with Excel. - Working knowledge of current digital technology (Javascript, Flash, XML, HTML) **General Requirements:** - BA in Marketing or related field or comparable, hands-on experience. - 3-4 years of experience working on paid media campaigns, preferably in an Agency environment. - Strong attention to detail. - Self-starter that excels at solving problems. - Life-long learner with innate propensity for intellectual curiosity.
