Summary
The Client Services Executive is a client facing role and responsible for providing key support to planning, management and oversight of events, as well as, other special projects. The Client Services Executive will use Integrated Marketing Services' proprietary software, PTS, as well as proprietary Client software, and Microsoft programs to generate work requests, coordinate cross-functional tasks, and complete associated duties.
Responsibilities
* Maintaining Accounts: Prepare standard and ad hoc reports on account status; troubleshoot and resolve customer operational issues; monitor and maintain budget expense details against assigned accounts. * Protecting Accounts: Oversee client communication to ensure operational alignment; document account plans and forecasts; manage deployment readiness and resource alignment. * Special Projects: Planning program event operations based off costs, to develop and manage event marketing projects.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job-related experience. * 1-2 year's event promotion experience in consumer products, retailer, brand, or agency. * Experience managing projects and/or events, client communications, deliverables, and project budgets. * Creative self-starter with organization, and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to coordinate mutually agreed expectations of what is promised to the customer into measureable business results. * Ability to use personal effectiveness to link relationships, processes, and business methodologies with revenue-producing activities.
