Summary
Appian is looking for a dynamic individual to support our corporate team. The Front Desk Coordinator will provide administrative support to the entire corporation. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. This role is a part of our Corporate organization and reports directly to the Executive Assistant. As an intermediary between Appian employees and clients, you will collaborate with teams throughout the organization. This is an exciting time to join our company.
Responsibilities
* Manage the lobby area * Greet and direct all visitors, including vendors, job candidates, and clients. * Ensure completion of sign-in and security procedures * Answer incoming calls * Assist with supply ordering * Stock kitchen * Contribute to team goals and objectives * Contribute creative ideas for change and improvement * Handle special administrative projects as assigned

**About You:** * Ability to operate independently and assist with all aspects of office management * Positive attitude, adaptable, solutions-oriented team player * Desire for a client facing environment **Qualifications:** * 0-2 years of experience * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Must be have strong organization skills and very detail oriented * A minimum of a BS/BA degree
