Summary
The HR Recruiter, reporting to HR Manager, will possess the ability to diagnose complex employment and organizational matters and develop and implement sound, balanced and thorough solutions. This role is accountable for successful partnering between HR and Operations for the purpose of talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
Responsibilities
* Partner with key stakeholders to develop, align and deploy an effective recruiting strategy, linking it to overall business and culture strategy. * Manages the hiring practices and programs, to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory policies and our AAP. * Develop recruiting channels with industry, advertising outlets, colleges, high schools, workforce offices, staffing agencies and other mechanisms to recruit qualified applicants. * Develop curriculum and educate community on “who we are”, branding AdvancePierre Foods as an employer of choice. * Review hiring-related documents for accuracy. Once all documents have been obtained New Hire data is submitted to the HRIS team. * Work with Occupational Health Nurse to ensure the assessments are completed in a timely manner. * Facilitate onboarding orientations for new hires. * Organize and/or represent company at career fairs. * Other general duties as assigned.

**Knowledge,Skills and Abilities** * Demonstrated ability to think conceptually, influence stakeholders, communicate effectively and develop and execute strategies. * Demonstrated experience using strategic thinking and analytical skills to translate innovative concepts and business needs into executable plans. * Experience building and integrating people systems, processes, tools to optimize organizational effectiveness. * Must be patient, professional and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. * Able to incorporate feedback from all levels of the organization. * Exercise exceptional consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills. * Proven ability to inspire confidence and credibility at all levels in the organization. * Demonstrated Project Management Skills. * A strong record of accomplishment as a leader and a change agent in a highly competitive fast-paced business environment. * Build learning and development framework across an organization and implement talent management initiatives. * Self-motivated, strong leadership skills, enjoys collaboration. * Lead by example, morally and ethically. **Education/Experience** * Bachelors’ Degree (Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness or related field preferred) * Or three to five years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Bi-lingual (Spanish or Hmong) is a plus.
