AdRoll is seeking a motivated and passionate Recruiter to contribute to our existing sales & business recruiting team. As a highly visible partner in AdRoll, you are passionate about building business-critical teams in the areas of sales, marketing, operations, and finance. * Lead the entire search and selection process for multiple teams and hiring managers * Provide an extraordinary & positive candidate experience while creating an army of external brand ambassadors * Work in partnership with the global team to develop a forward-thinking pipeline and sourcing strategies while fostering long-term relationships * Master our Greenhouse ATS to ensure a consistently rigorous and inclusive recruiting process with internal and external parties * Develop and build strong relationships with business leaders and People Business Partners to understand and influence our decisions * 'Roll up your sleeves' attitude in contributing to projects including employer branding, referrals, events, reporting and other critical programs
Ideal Candidate
* 4+ years of in-house recruiting experience or mixed recruitment agency background * Creative problem-solver with the ability to thrive in a rapidly growing and changing environment * Demonstrated experience in partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process * Consistent track record closing candidates in a challenging market * Resilient approach to hiring in a start-up / scaled environment * Strong data management and reporting skills
