Recruiting Coordinator

In this role, you’ll be tasked with providing support to our Recruiting team from sourcing to scheduling to reporting to attending job fairs. You will have the chance to make an immediate impact on Return Path and in return for your hard work, you will be able to develop quickly with significant responsibility.

* Research and source candidates using internet sourcing tools. * Screen and interview applicants. * Schedule phone and onsite interviews across global time zones. * Assist in managing the company's web-based applicant tracking system. * Manage job board postings. * Work closely and partner with Lead Recruiter to assure proper process flow and to meet internal customer expectations. * Analyze, prepare and present reports regarding hiring statistics * Schedule and attend job fairs as a source to generate qualified applicants

* At least one year supporting a recruiting team * Experience sourcing and delivering candidates in a highly-competitive market. * Ability to work independently, take full ownership and run with it. * Have a strong background and proven experience in sourcing/recruiting. * Comfortable with cold calling * Passion to drive your career into becoming a full lifecycle recruiter. * Excellent verbal and written communications skills, facilitation and problem solving skills, relationship building, confidentiality. * Proficiency in applicant tracking software such as Jobvite and other online sourcing tools. * Keen eye, excellent attention to detail. * Requires initiative, passion and determination to get the job done with a strong sense of urgency.
