Summary

2U, Inc. is seeking a motivated, creative, and highly organized individual to join the Learning and Development team as we continue our mission of creating a culture of learning at 2U.

Responsibilities
  • Supports our training facilitation team as needed with coordinating onboarding schedules, communicating with managers, and conducting welcome calls to new 2Utes.
  • Supports the administration of internal systems to include our Cornerstone LMS, Grovo Content Management System, and Udemy Content Management System.
  • Adds, maintains, and tracks engagement of learning content within the LMS course catalog.
  • Serves as the first point of contact for assisting employees with questions or issues regarding our LMS.
  • Supports our Orientation, Onboarding, and Professional Development programs by coordinating program schedules with stakeholders, performing quality assurance checks on content, and testing proper functionality and set up within the LMS.
  • Creates reports and analyzes data to track training completion and compliance, show trends and engagement in learning resources, and provide ad hoc data as needed to management.
  • Participates in studio and field production of video content for learning resources.
  • Helps the L&D team to positively impact the organization by participating in larger L&D projects and initiatives, contributing creative ideas, and providing process improvement suggestions.
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-­year college or university
  • Excellent communication skills in face­-to-face, telephone, and email interactions
  • Strong customer service focus; commitment to employee/user satisfaction and success
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining a positive outlook and a professional demeanor
  • Experience in project coordination and driving an initiative to fruition.
  • A proven track record of identifying and executing creative solutions to complex challenges within a business.
  • Other things that will help you in this role: hands-on knowledge of e-learning content authoring technologies (Articulate, Captivate), html-based web page design, and multimedia applications (Adobe Creative Cloud)
