Graphic Designer

Amdocs is the market leader in customer experience software solutions and services for the world’s largest communications, entertainment and media service providers.

Act as the creative point-person for our technology organization, creating compelling visual centerpieces for internal and external communication.

* Create visual marketing materials (presentations, videos, other collateral) for relevant audiences (e.g., sales, marketing, senior management for customers, potential customers and industry analysts) * Leverage strong ‘storytelling’ capabilities to align provided messaging with visually innovative concepts * Add value/interest through imagery, diagrams, animation and video * Increase audience interest by using visuals while maintaining integrity of messaging * Interface directly with the project requestor to help brainstorm and realize intent of content * Review all work for quality, consistency and brand compliance * May support events and social media with photography, audio and video services

* Bachelor of Art or Bachelor of Science, concentration on graphic design, visual communications or digital media * 4+ years of in-office creative experience creating internal/external presentations and video content using industry-standard design applications (Adobe suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) * Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environment where change is the norm – ability to support frequent, last minute design updates * Demonstrated ability to digest and visualize business and technical content, beginning with an idea to a visually compelling result * Must have the appetite to continuously research new techniques and align with industry standards to produce ‘benchmark quality’ visuals * Technology consulting firm (Mckinsey, Accenture) experience highly preferred * Ability to work independently when presented with a concept to articulate intended stories without substantive support * Knowledge of general information technology and telecommunication industry preferred, but not required
