We are currently looking for a talented and driven Sr Accountant for zulily. This position will support financial reporting and consolidation. * Prepare financial statements for internal management reporting, including balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows. * Work closely with FP&A on financial package support * Trial balance preparation, including multi-currency remeasurement, consolidation, and eliminations * Perform month-end closing activities and account reconciliations that relate to intercompany accounts. * Support parent company on annual and quarterly reporting submissions for 10K and 10Q SEC filings. * Provide support for annual stand-alone audit and quarterly reviews performed by internal and independent auditors, in addition to preparation of stand-alone financials. * Support compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls requirements, including updating documentation and policies as required. * Support SAP accounting system and reporting tools. * Lead international statutory audit and filing requirements * Provide support for Ad hoc projects.

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred. * Minimum 4+ years of progressive accounting experience. * Knowledge of US GAAP standards and related pronouncements. * Experience with SAP preferred. * Advanced Excel skills required. * Ecommerce or retail industry background preferred. * Experience in fast-paced, rapidly growing environments. * Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Collaborative and customer-service work style. * Ability to work independently and balance multiple projects and processes simultaneously.
