Cost Accountant

* Prepare month end reporting, including account reconciliation, journal entries and financial statements over key cost center accounts * Work with internal customers and other GL team members to deliver timely and quality accounting services * Ensure financial compliance with GAAP requirements while compiling financial information, forecasts and budgets * Design, implement, and maintain current accounting procedures within the department * Timely and accurate reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and year-end basis * Ability to work account across multiple companies and locations within North America

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required * 2+ years of professional Accounting experience required, ideally in a plant or manufacturing setting * Advanced Excel skills and SAP knowledge preferred
