Our transportation system is evolving. Car ownership in urban centers is peaking and consumers are increasingly choosing on-demand and shared ride services over driving themselves. At the same time, commercial and on-demand fleets are becoming increasingly reliant on mobile technology, and autonomous cars are making the move from science fiction to reality.
Summary
Zendrive is looking for an energetic Office Manager for our SF headquarters. Our ideal candidate is charismatic, experienced, friendly, resourceful, and looking for professional and personal growth. This role combines being the embodiment of Zendrive culture and acting as “Fun Czar”, while also handling a wide range of important operational and executive tasks that keep the company running and our peeps happy. We’re looking for someone who is fun and energetic but at same time exceedingly well-organized, and enjoys being a strong example of our dynamic, can-do culture.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main connector and facilitator between our India and US offices - Embody the office “Fun Czar” by creating a fun, dynamic, and productive environment - Research new office spaces as our team grows - Manage contracts and negotiate pricing with office vendors, service providers, office lease, etc. - Accounting responsibilities include payroll, A/P, expense processing and working with our CPA on tax filing, quarterly/yearly audits, monthly reports, etc. - Serve as the point person for maintenance, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands - Come up with creative initiatives for company culture - Plan company events, outings, happy hours, etc. - Organize and schedule meetings and appointments - Manage travel arrangements for employees - Light executive support duties to ensure our CEO is operating at 200%
Ideal Candidate
* Must have startup experience * 25 years of office management, administrative, or C level assistant experience * Knowledge of office management systems and procedures * Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work * Attention to detail and strong problem solving, organizational, and planning skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Excellent proficiency in MS Office/Excel/Gmail/Calendar/Google Apps for Business/Asana * Experience with Xero or other accounting software Ex-Athletes in a group sport a bonus
