Summary
The Regional Inside Sales Specialist is an entry level Sales position for North America that helps to recruit, develop partners in a given territory aligned with the respective Regional Channel Account Managers to achieve the annual territory growth plan. The Regional Inside Sales Specialist is responsible in helping the Inside and Outside Sales team in developing channel resellers and identifying potential candidates for the Zebra Partner Program. The Regional Inside Sales Specialist helps develop territory coverage optimization plans and collaborates with the inside and outside Channel Account Managers for coverage alignment in addition to; evangelizing company products, driving new solutions, and developing marketing tactics with partners and channel resellers. Some field work/travel may be expected, however, majority of work is conducted via webinars and conference calls to cover a broad base of partners and achieve growth expectations. This role covers the Eastern region from our Lincolnshire office.
Responsibilities
* Sells the company's products and services via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts. * Helps the inside and outside team to manage and drive growth with both existing and new resellers to achieve targets. * Helps coordinate MDF activities with channel marketing and ensure optimal utilization to drive growth. * Helps create new sales demand and increase attach rates for Zebra supplies/aftermarket solution suite of products by informing and educating customers of the business value proposition and working with the Sales Manager to continuously drive growth through Zebra’s breadth of products and solutions. * Supports an outside and inside Channel Account Managers with shared initiatives and revenue targets. * Provide feedback to management on customer/partner trends, competition, pricing etc.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or Related Field or experience in the Technology sales or a channel selling environment. * Experience with computer hardware, service, and aftermarket highly desirable. * Knowledge of AIDC Industry and/or adjacent markets a plus. * At 1-3 years of sales experience preferred. * Must be able to use appropriate interpersonal styles to establish effective relationships with customers and internal partners; creating an environment of openness, trust, and confidence. * Must be able to set high goals for personal and group accomplishment; tenaciously working to exceed goals while deriving satisfaction from that achievement and continuous improvement. * Must be customer focused; ensures that customer solutions, practices, and procedures meet and/or exceed customer expectations.
