Summary
As a Partner Marketing Manager at Yodle, you will be blazing trails at a fast growing company, helping to build one of America’s strongest online brands dedicated to helping partners help small businesses (SMBs) acquire and retain customers. You will be making an impact on our economy by making a big difference for the “small guy” at scale. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team of smart, successful innovators who are passionate about solving a big problem with the help of data. More specifically, you will be a key player in continuing Yodle’s tremendous company growth through partner efforts that drive partner acquisition and new partner production. This role will work closely with Business Development and our Trade Show team and be responsible for enabling our Partner’s success by providing them with the resources they need to market to, sell, and service new customers. You’ll also be responsible for ramping up recruited partners during their entry into the program through a comprehensive progression path strategy. Additional responsibilities include pre and post trade show marketing and implementing a partner acquisition strategy through targeted multi-medium marketing. Key Performance Indicators Include: Partner recruitment leads generated, engaged partners per month (# of recruited partners with at least 1 sale in the current month), total sales from partners recruited, and total sales from trade shows.
Responsibilities
* Implement a comprehensive partner enablement asset strategy using multiple mediums * Create and implement an engaging partner roadmap campaign that ramps partners on the platform * Collaborate with Partner Recruitment and Partner Operations on marketing resources and tooling needed to recruit key partners into the ecosystem and own the implementation * Create and implement multiple partner inbound lead strategies to grow partner community * Coordinate with Demand Generation and Content Marketing to ensure partners have the latest creative assets to promote the platform * Identify and implement pre and post trade show campaigns that increase booth traffic and post show sales in multiple market segments * Manage trade show coordination team and ensure all show logistics are efficient, and provide a high ROI * Report on an ongoing basis on leads, sales, and engagement KPIS
Ideal Candidate
* At least 3 years marketing experience in comparable industries (online advertising or serving or small/ medium business), with 3+ years in a partner marketing/DemandGen/trade show marketing position. * Willingness to work on a wide range of tasks, from high strategy to nuts and bolts operations and in matrix organization * High understanding of marketing mediums with experience creating and launching multi-medium campaigns across multiple channels * Ability to present ideas effectively to individuals or groups, including the ability to change direction of presentation to meet the needs of the audience. * Ability to build relationships and take responsibility for our partners and clients success * Smart: dynamic, aggressive and strategic. Has the intellectual horsepower to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, methods, costs, and results. * Ability to travel 25% of time * Experience creating multi-medium marketing campaigns * Experience with having a quota * Experience working with partners or at trade shows * Online or software experience – preferably in online marketing, local small business, mobile, social media
