Summary
Yodle a Web.com company are looking for an Office Manager to support our high volume and fast paced. This position requires a customer focused (both internal and external) professional with high-level organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks across an office of 150+ employees. The ideal candidate will be dynamic and possess excellent interpersonal skills required to communicate effectively with in a large and diverse office population.
Responsibilities
* Direct high volume reception traffic: greet interview candidates, clients, vendors and first line employee questions * Receive and transfer all incoming calls to appropriate staff members * Sort and distribute high volume incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, packages and deliveries * Perform general clerical duties such as copying, faxing and filing as needed * Order/stock office supplies & groceries * Submit building maintenance requests & ensure timely follow up * Manage and administer building access badges
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's degree preferred * Ability to represent the company well with a professional, customer centric focus * Ability to multitask and work within an extremely fast-paced, time-sensitive environment * Ability to handle confidential material * Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills * Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook * The following behaviors are highly desired and are in support of Yodle s culture: customer focus, learning on the fly, perseverance and problem solving * 2+ years directly related experience in a high volume administrative support role
