Summary
Yodle is searching for a dynamic Lead Tech Recruiter to manage a team of two recruiters. Our Tech team is rapidly growing and we need your creativity and enthusiasm to help lead our Tech recruiting team to greatness. In this role, you will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment of various Tech roles and work with the Sr. Manager of Recruiting to own and implement Tech’s innovative recruiting strategies to exceed our hiring goals.
Responsibilities
* Deliver consistent and timely results that delight your customers * Creatively search and source for candidates across multiple locations using job boards, internet searches, direct sourcing, networking and other creative methods * Execute the full lifecycle recruitment process for entry, mid to senior level hires and partner with various managers at Yodle to actively recruit talent * Partner with hiring leaders and team members to ensure an overall awesome candidate experience * Develop pro-active recruitment strategies in partnership with HR talent leaders to anticipate, plan and recruit for future business needs * Partner with Sr. Manager of Recruiting, Tech leadership and HR team to create a world class recruiting experience * Build relationships with relevant industry professional associations and universities. Identify and attend Meetups, Hackathons, and other appropriate events * Plan and host recruiting events for Yodle that represents our unique and transformed work environment that will result in hires * Make continuous improvements and recommendations for new and creative recruiting ideas * Stay current with talent and competitor landscape in order to inform decision-making regarding talent acquisition * Lead, motivate and support a team of recruiters to successfully deliver on hiring targets and increase productivity * Strategize with recruiting leadership team to deliver on recruiting plans
Ideal Candidate
* 8+ years of corporate technical recruitment and/or agency technical recruiting experience * Understanding and ability to screen for technical skills * Experience leading, motivating, and inspiring recruiting teams * Strong organizational skills and ability to work at a high pace, with competing, and changing priorities * Effective interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills * Must be capable and willing to perform daily administrative tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance * Able to influence and build strong business partnerships * Experience using applicant tracking systems and human resource information systems (HRIS) * Ability to drive projects and build relationships with team, hiring managers and Tech leadership
