This position is on the Value Management team working primarily with prospective Workday customers deriving the value they can expect from a Workday investment.
Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end value consulting engagements with prospects and customers * Manage and structure consulting engagements to meet customer needs * Articulate Workday’s business value proposition in a highly compelling manner * Drive discovery interviews with senior HR, Finance, and IT executives * Develop and deliver highly engaging presentations to senior business audiences * Conduct quantitative analysis, ROI modeling, and benchmarking * Collaborate closely with customer teams throughout the engagement process * Manage internal relationships with Workday’s Sales and Service teams * Build innovative thought leadership and value-selling tools
Ideal Candidate
* 3-5 years of relevant work experience including 2 years of experience in consulting, value engineering, strategic sales, or account management roles * Ability to build highly compelling business cases for enterprise software projects and work in a fast-paced environment * Excellent collaboration, executive presentation and persuasion skills * Understanding of software deal dynamics and ability to think strategically about driving software opportunities forward * Domain experience in Enterprise Software; Financials and Human Capital Management solutions is highly desired. * Strong consulting skill-set, including excellent discovery, analysis, quantitative modeling, listening and communication skills * Deeply curious about business, highly motivated to have an impact on customers, and broadly interested in variety of customers/issues * Bachelor’s degree required; MBA encouraged
