Ecommerce Marketing Product Managers

My client is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their eCommerce Retail Marketing team. The product manager will be tasked with innovating, designing and facilitating the agile implementation of product features to enhance the customer experience of their various retail brand customers. Work with various Business and IT ecommerce teams to facilitate and implement the ecommerce Roadmap including measuring feature effectiveness and value.

* Partner with IT project managers to lead the execution of eCommerce projects for various brands * Serve as primary liaison between Technology, Creative, UI and Business teams * Attend project meetings and provide status reports to the business team * Work with the Senior Management and Executive team to help define eCommerce strategy and roadmap * Facilitate troubleshooting and resolution of daily project issues * Develop business requirements for new eCommerce enhancements, features and functionality * Educate Brand eCommerce teams on recommendations, guiding discussions to consensus and driving action items * Develop high-level business requirements and detailed user stories * Recommend and facilitate cross-concept initiatives and features * Assists in definition and management of project scope and subsequent change requests * Assist in the definition and implementation of new processes as they relate to new features * Gather, track and report metrics and key performance indicators for new eCommerce features and functionality * Educate business team on new application and processes related to platform and feature enhancements and ensure team is equipped and trained appropriately * Evaluates alternative operational efficiencies and business process change * Facilitate User Acceptance Testing * Track and report on issues and solutions and escalates where appropriate * Provide support to Business and IT eCommerce teams where necessary

* 5-10 years in product management or business analysis roles * Experience working within Scrum or other Agile environments * Ability to interface with business as well as IT/technical teams * Strong interpersonal skills/team player and demonstrated ability to work with various teams harmoniously while keeping project releases on time and on budget * Strong drive towards execution; can-do type of person * Knowledge of web site development processes and project management as a discipline * eCommerce, Catalog or Retail experience a plus. * Experience with testing software and/or web products. * Knowledge of site metrics reporting software * High skill set in project management software (ie: excel, word, ms project, outlook, visio) * Minimum Bachelors degree in Arts or Science fields * Graduate degree a plus
