Project Manager for Post Sales Implementation

We are looking for a business oriented Project Manager that will provide seasoned, professional project management leadership for our new business on-boarding team. Located at our Brampton Head Office, the Implementation Project Manager will work towards maximizing the effectiveness of new business implementations for new and existing Clients. The successful incumbent will be the end-to-end project leader and will work collaboratively with DATA’s Sales organization, internal Subject Matter Experts and Stakeholders, and directly with our Clients to onboard new business opportunities through the use of project management best practices. This is not an IT role but rather a high-profile Client facing role that will seamlessly combine rapid time to revenue for the organization, while providing a world class experience to our Clients throughout the entire implementation process.

* With strong business acumen and through the use of project management best practices, maximize revenue by minimizing the time needed to onboard new business opportunities for the organization * Prepare and deliver Client and Stakeholder presentations * Lead and facilitate Project meetings with Clients, Internal Project Team Members, and senior Stakeholders, including preparation and distribution of detailed meeting minutes and comprehensive status reports * Plan and coordinate the work of project team members, including Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, External Suppliers, and Clients * Facilitate discovery workshops and prepare comprehensive and clear Business Requirements * Develop detailed Project Plans, as well as Issues and Risk Management Plans for each implementation * Use effective communications skills and influence to confidently lead project teams through the entire project management lifecycle * Continuously seek and implement opportunities to enhance the new business onboarding process * Produce and manage integrated project plans and other related project management deliverables including; project charters, business requirements, UAT plans, communication and training plans * Manage scope, project schedules and resources and track the timely execution of all assigned projects through the application of project management best practices and DATA’s new business onboarding methodology * Keep the Project Team, Client and Stakeholders informed of project progress through regular formal status reporting and ongoing communication

* 6-10 years direct project management experience and strong familiarity with the Project Management Body of Knowledge and project management principles and processes * Client facing implementation experience * Strong and proven project management skills * Experience with facilitating business requirements workshops and writing comprehensive business requirements documents * Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strengths in meeting objectives through influence, facilitation and team building * Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate team members in a cross functional environment * PMP designation or in the final stages of certification is strongly recommended * Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Proficient in MS Project * Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to interact professionally and effectively at all organizational levels including senior leadership and directly with customers
