Work Market’s labor automation software empowers companies to create, manage & scale their flexible workforce to dramatically improve productivity. We help companies “Uberize” their business. We have incredible momentum which has triggered our need to rapidly scale our Sales organization.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain an editorial calendar tied to key themes that support our go-to-market strategy and appeal to target personas in IT service management, retail, media and other segments * Create content assets to engage prospects at every stage of the buyer’s journey and feed sales pipeline, including blog posts, eBooks, white papers, infographics, case studies, factsheets, video scripts, emails, newsletters and landing pages * Build an understanding of our buyers and users across core segments and help evangelize our value proposition and thought leadership in creative ways * Follow SEO best practices and ensure all content is optimized for search engines * Coordinate content production with graphic designers and provide input on imagery and layout * Motivate in-house subject matter experts as well as external partners and customers/users to contribute content and serve as sources * Manage our digital marketing campaign calendar and coordinate campaigns with our agency * Ensure agency has the content and direction they need to create emails, forms, landing pages and segmentation to spec, and QA their work to ensure consistent quality * Help define our tone of voice and develop an editorial style guide for the Marketing team
Ideal Candidate
* 3-5 years of content marketing experience, preferably in a high-growth B2B startup environment * A great storyteller who brings an engaging tone that will help define our brand * Experience with marketing automation and CRM a plus * Proactive mindset and entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude * Team player and multi-tasker who is exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and an effective communicator * Interest in software and technology and desire to learn about workforce automation and IT service management * Eagerness to learn, improve and take advantage of constructive feedback from colleagues * Ability to operate in a fast paced environment, balancing strategic and tactical responsibilities * BA/BS required, journalism or english degree a strong plus
