Summary
WeWork is currently seeking an Executive and Personal Assistant to support our Chief Product Officer with a variety of executive and personal tasks. S/he serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies. The Executive Assistant also serves as liaison to senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain balance among multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
* Managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings * Provides a bridge for smooth communication with internal departments * Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures * Works closely and effectively to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately * Prioritize conflicting needs with efficiency and precision. Proactively determine and implement ways to reduce calendar conflicts * Anticipate needs and actively seek out solutions. Determine and implement process improvements * Completes critical aspects of deliverables and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem solving; making adjustments to plans
Ideal Candidate
