Summary
As a Product Marketing Manager you will envision and execute on our growth and go-to-market strategy. You will drive highly impactful growth programs to boost user acquisition, funnel conversion, user engagement, and lifetime value. You will craft effective launch plans including messaging and pitch. Your performance will be measured by the growth of your product, and your ability to work closely with and enhance the productivity of a high-performing cross-functional team that includes counterparts in Design, Engineering, Business Development, and Operations.
Responsibilities
* Gather feedback from our sales team and from customers within each target customer segment on use cases, selection criteria, and functionality requirement. * Coordinate across management team, product and marketing teams to align organization on product roadmap, and supporting go-to-market strategies/tactics for target verticals and solution sets. * Provide input to product roadmap, including high-level business requirements and prioritization criteria. * Work with product team to cluster ideas and opportunities into logical product releases. * Work with Sales and Marketing teams to develop strategic marketing plans, plan launch of new releases, build campaigns and tactics around new releases, and develop branding and messaging around new products. * Work cross-functionally across all teams to ensure product initiatives are launched effectively and on-time. * Maintain competitive fact base, including benchmarking of competitor size and successes, product offerings, positioning, price structure and levels, etc. * Building executive-level presentations to describe the company’s product vision and roadmap to customers, partners, analysts and internal audiences. * Establish effective presentation frameworks for strategic product forums. * Manage cross-product release plan process to identify top features in each product, gain alignment with executives, create new ways to communicate with key audiences and drive consistent messaging with customers and employees.
Ideal Candidate
* 7+ years experience delivering highly successful go-to-market and growth strategies with your fingerprints all over them - you’re extremely proud of what you’ve accomplished. * Cross-functional expertise: You can wear many hats and work with many different departments, working to bring a product to life through cross-functional work. * Proficient in articulating the essence of products and the value they create. You can develop a strong messaging hierarchy and effective content strategy plan. You can also play copywriter. * Strong execution when it comes to market research, you someone who always seeks the quantifiable truth. You know your market, customers and competition better than anyone, and you’re strong at integrating this information into your growth strategies. * Demonstrated track record in the development and management of B2B marketing programs and product launches. * Proven ability to understand and effectively communicate key messages to the intended audience, through collateral, presentations, videos, web content, thought leadership, and case studies. * Outstanding written, communication, and design skills. * Familiar with Data Intensive SaaS application services aimed toward Predicative Analytics, Advanced Analytics, Social Analytics and Enterprise Analytics.
