Summary
Take the lead role in the design and implementation of key leadership capability strategies, talent review and performance management strategies, organization development and change initiatives. Reporting to the Vice President, People, the Director of Talent Management will drive initiatives to enhance business performance through the development of strategies and programs to grow talent around the globe.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement talent management strategies to identify and retain top talent. * Responsible for competency modeling. * Work with HR and business leaders to determine talent needs and skill gaps. * Manage LDR, PDR, and succession planning. * Actively engage with the Vice President, People and business leaders to ensure that development plans are in place for high potentials and that plans are executed. * Evaluate and recommend assessment tools to evaluate internal talent and applicants. * Deliver leadership training programs, including coaching and mentoring. * Ensure the successful onboarding and assimilation of new leaders in partnership with HR. * Drive high performance, teaming, and collaboration through talent strategies, training, and communication. * Actively promote diversity within the talent bench and implement solutions to support global diversity. * Responsible for managing the engagement survey process and delivering the results to the organization. * Provide consulting services to the organization as it relates to change management, assessment of organizational issues, and high potential coaching needs. * Use talent analytics to understand trends and show progress on talent development.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree in related field required and MBA preferred. * 10-15 years’ experience in Talent Management. * Expertise in global talent management, organizational design, and training. * Ability to think creatively and strategically. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Experience presenting to senior business leaders. * Ability to influence change in a complex global environment and establish strong working relationships. * Proficient in working with talent management systems, power point, training tools and resources. * Proficient in program/process design and process improvement. * Ability to travel as needed. * Change orientation. * Flexible work style. * Highly motivated and self-starter.
