Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to help us grow our team in the Denver, CO and Durango, CO areas. We work directly with partners in providing us opportunities in the SMB markets; we enable the merchant's point of sale technology to take payments! This position will challenge you to work closely with all lines of business to maximize your earning potential. You will plans, direct, and negotiates the close of merchant business through the use of ethical, competitive practices and the development of strong business relationships with internal and external partners.
Responsibilities
* Negotiates and closes merchant business while maintaining high close rates and profitability * Works to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas using established sales techniques and consistently meets Vantiv customer contact timelines * Creates and nurtures effective relationships with partners in order to enhance both the sales pipeline and the Vantiv sales channel * Creates opportunity for new partner relationships through interaction with the business public- accomplished by listening, research, creative thinking and personal initiative * Maintains a high degree of ethical behavior in all aspects of daily business including relationships with merchants, partners, and co-workers * Builds and maintains strong working relationships with all Vantiv employees and departments by keeping a positive attitude and a collaborative focus in all interactions * Manages and organizes a high level of productivity through the effective use of all available resources including email, phone, SalesForce, and other systems * Actively pursues a commitment to self improvement both professionally and personally. Sales Executives are expected to take initiative and develop industry knowledge and perpetuate the Vantiv culture * Adhere to company policies as defined * Accept and complete assignment with open, cooperative, positive, and team oriented attitudes * Actively participate in team meetings and 1 on 1 communications * Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of applicable products and services as they evolve * Increase knowledge through internal resources, supervisors, fellow employee's, company trainings, and trade publications
Ideal Candidate
**Education and Experience** * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. * Minimum two years previous sales experience, preferably inside/telesales experience. **Preferred Knowledge** * Knowledge of interchange rates a plus. MS Office Suite and SalesForce.com also preferred.
