Responsibilities
* Phone prospecting using elite in-house tools - 80-100 calls a day in order to secure new business and sell the Zillow Premier Agent platform to Real Estate Professionals. * Grow revenue base from scratch, by identifying and closing new business from cold calling * Provide exemplary customer service to Premier agents. * Document all activities in CRM (Salesforce.com) * Hit and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis – Quota is a speed bump on the way to our folks’ personal goals.
Ideal Candidate
* 1-2 years of inside sales/telesales is preferred but if you are an upbeat college grad who’s super daring, we want to talk to you! * Demonstrated track record of selling high $ marketing/advertising services over the phone is valued. * Experience in a short sell cycle is highly preferred – ability to one-call close experience * Possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive “can-do” attitude via the phone and in person. * Online advertising sales background is a plus * Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows based applications * Sales.com or other CRM experience is preferred * College Degree is preferred
