CloudPassage is growing quickly and needs someone to fill a unique and critical Sales Operations role. The Sales Ops Associate will support the Sales Leadership teams in the areas of Field Sales Operations, Inside Sales Operations, Channel Sales Operations, onboarding new Sales Reps, and logistics and planning of Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Sales Kickoff Meetings. This role will gain exposure to many different functions within the Sales organization, and will learn what it is like to work at a fast paced growing SaaS startup. This is a unique role that requires the ability to be strategic as well as very detail oriented, and the ability to shift at rapid pace between the two. It also provides significant autonomy and the ability make a real contribution to a company that is experiencing tremendous demand in the marketplace.
- Serving as a key link between Marketing and Sales to Insure the proper distribution and disposition of leads.
- Overseeing and optimizing critical relationships with multiple external vendors.
- Assisting in strategic account targeting through demographic, firmographic, psychographic, and predictive research.
- Designing and executing Sales Development campaigns that produce new opportunities via the management of multiple cutting-edge sales tools.
- Organizing and executing ongoing and quarterly/annual Sales and company events, including training and onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the entire Global Sales team via administering the calendar of the EVP of Global Sales.
- A quick learner and hard worker who is able to work cross-functionally
- Someone eager to contribute to all aspects of the business and who can communicate effectively
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment
- Passion for the technology industry and interest in Sales Operations
- Salesforce experience required
- Experience with Connect and Sell, Leadlander, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and Rainking a plus
