Responsibilities
* Serves as the key member of the marketing team. * Recommends and implements strategies to achieve marketing goals for assigned programs, products, or services. * Develops and distributes e-communications among partners, members, and others. * Performs one or more of the following marketing functions: web blogs or other digital marketing; development or review & update of the marketing infrastructure which may include database systems, intranet, & external website; develops, plans, & coordinates the development & production of marketing and publicity materials & campaigns, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met; conceptualizes, writes, & edits high profile or high visibility marketing materials; conducts market research, analyzes results, & develops marketing strategies based on findings. * Serves as editorial project lead on the website; develops content project plans in collaboration with the Program Directors and Administrative Core; and writes, edits, and maintains up-to-date program content and collaborates with institutional Web Services to publish date content on the external website. Manages and oversees the production of content for website, online promotions, ad banners, and other related material. * Represents and actively participates in monthly meetings/calls and national meetings. * May participate in recommending new services and determining new markets. * Performs other duties as assigned. * Provide marketing support for clinical department, recommending and implementing marketing goals for programs, products and services. * Produces brochures, newsletter, communication for the department. * Develops and distributes e-communications, including web designs, web blogs, digital marketing. * Manages and oversees the production of content for website, online promotions , ad banners and other related material.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's degree and one year of related experience required. * Education or experience in program management, marketing, communications, website design, or related fields preferred. * Experience in a health care environment and community outreach a plus. * Hands-on, proven experience working with web technologies such as blogging, podcasting, RSS, online communities, social networking, and content/contact management a plus.
